GENERAL FEATURES

• The device body is made of 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steel stone sheet, the other internal parts are made of aluminized sheet metal,

The oil accumulated on the surface can be collected in the stainless steel drawer and easily cleaned,

• Stainless sheet panel on three edges to prevent oil from splashing to the environment during frying,
• Gas taps; with pilot flame, minimum-maximum flame and thermocouple, in a structure that will automatically cut off the gas in case the flame goes out (with safety valve),

• For multi-purpose use, a doorless cabinet or a drawer cabinet can be placed under the device instead of a doored cabinet, or it can be mounted on a frame suitable for middle group applications.
• Adjustable stainless pipe feet, carrier sheets are 2mm aluminized sheet metal.
