• 1/3 Slotted + 2/3 flat frying surface
• The device body is made of 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steel stone sheet, the other internal parts are made of aluminized sheet metal,
• Oil collection channel and drain in front of the frying surface,
• Oil accumulated on the surface can be collected in the stainless steel drawer and easily cleaned,
• Stainless sheet panel on three edges to prevent oil from splashing to the environment during frying,
• Gas taps; with pilot flame, minimum-maximum flame and thermocouple, in a structure that will automatically cut off the gas in case the flame goes out (with safety valve),
• Gas burner in tube shape, in a structure that can work in all gases,
• With automatic ignition button,
• LPG, NG and derivatives of these gases (G31, G25, G25.1, G27, G2.350) and can be converted without requiring any modification,
