GENERAL FEATURES

• Indirectly heated
• Device body made of 18/8 Cr-Ni stainless steel plate,
• The cover is double-walled stainless steel sheet, specially shaped for strength,
• It has the possibility of temperature adjustment between 60-180 C with a multi-stage thermostat,
• Indirect cooking with the oil circulating around the boiler with the bain-marie system,
• The boiling temperature of the oil around the boiler (jacket) is above 200 C, sans-serif;">* Water filling (cold/hot) and drain valves are mounted on the device, sans-serif;">* Safety system (limit thermostat) that automatically cuts off the energy in case of any malfunction,
• Gas valve; Pilot flame, minimum-maximum flame and thermocouple, with a structure that will automatically cut off the gas in case the flame goes out (safety valve), in the form of a stainless pipe,
• It can work with LPG, NG and derivatives of these gases (G31, G25, G25.1, G27, G2.350) and can be transformed without requiring any modification,
• Adjustable stainless pipe legs, carrier sheets 2mm aluminized sheet.
